I offer this free 20-minute online consultation as a chance to discuss what has brought you here, answer any questions you may have, and explore how we might work together in a way that feels right for you.
There is no obligation to continue afterwards. If you decide to go ahead, we can arrange your first counselling session. If not, I hope the conversation will still have been helpful in supporting your next steps. There is no charge for this session.
Standard sessions are £75, with limited £40 spaces available for those on Universal Credit.
