A little about me
Offering counselling support from a place of warmth, compassion and genuine care, where I hope to you feel comfortable to share what is important for you.
My journey into counselling
When I was 22 I worked in a support role for an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), helping clients access counselling and support services. This gave me an early insight into how valuable it can be to have someone to talk to when life feels difficult. When I later experienced counselling myself, I came to understand that value on a more personal level. Having a space where I could talk openly, feel heard and explore my experiences helped me appreciate what a difference it can make to have that kind of support.
Today, as a counsellor and psychotherapist, I feel privileged to offer that space to others. My approach is warm, collaborative and non-judgemental with a focus on client empowerment. I believe you should be able to arrive as you are, without needing to have everything figured out. We can explore whatever is going on for you at a pace led by you.
