What is included?

A set of pre-recorded guided meditations and an introduction to the programme, provided for your company’s internal system, offering flexibility and accessibility .

An option to include lunch time weekly or fortnightly 20-minute live online meditation sessions.

What are the benefits?

Improved staff wellbeing: helping to both reduce current stress and prevent build up of future stress.

Accessible: sessions placed on the company’s intranet for employees to access according to their workload.

Realistic timescales: sessions of various lengths, starting at 5 minutes in length.
