Sound Bath Classes – Group
Soundbath Meditation classes are held in Ruislip and are a careful combination of breath work, brief meditation and then sound bath. This is to help you relax into a deep space ready for the sound work. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and bottle of water.
One to One Treatments
Sound Massage (121) appointments in Ruislip are one hour long. During the appointment Tibetan bowls are placed carefully on specific areas of the clothed body. The vibrations help shifts to be made within the system along the energy centres and the meridian lines. For your first appointment please book in for the extra 15 minutes.
Pranic Healing (121) is a one to one treatment lasting around an hour (first appointment is an extra 15 minutes). This treatment helps to remove emotions from the system that you may be holding on to from past events, and causing challenges in the present day. These can include stress, anxiety, trauma, and depression.
Sound & Pranic Healing (121) is a bespoke one to one treatment designed to help you deeply relax. It is a combination of Sound Healing and Pranic Healing. The aim is to help you reduce any stresses and anxieties, allowing you a quiet space to ‘be’ and to leave you feeling clear, refreshed and revitalised. Sessions last an hour and a half, but for your first appointment please book in for the extra 15 minutes.
