Classes are made up of breath work, guided meditation, and sound bath lasting for just under an hour. Sessions are carefully planned to help you get the most from the experience, really unwind and still the mind. Meditators find that with practice, once the mind is still, it is easier to access our own inner wisdom and step back from stressors.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and a bottle of water, and if you have space a cushion and extra socks are super cosy.
